Thank you so much for making my stay and this hospital more tolerable and keeping me at ease while I'm away from my family. I've been to so many hospitals over my 18 years of living and I can say with confidence Kaitlin is one of the best nurses I have ever had. There are no words for how grateful I am for you, I hope this job treats you well like you deserve. Just a simple conversation with you makes me realize that nurses are so under-appreciated. I want you to know that you have inspired me to think about going back to school to finish my AA and go for nursing like I always wanted.
