My mother was a patient in SCU from a fall at her apartment. Kaitlin took her in like she was her own mother. She cared for her as if she was the only patient in the wing. She took care of her every need, consistently checking on us. She told us the truth every time she spoke, her work is excellent, and it is obvious she loves her job. You definitely have a gem with her; Kaitlin is above them all in my book.
