Kaitlin is kind, compassionate, chipper, nice. She communicates clearly and kindly with gentle reminders which helped me with my memory (I have a traumatic brain injury and the unknown is very scary). Kaitlin made me feel safe, comfortable and made my recovery more pleasant.
