Going to the hospital is never fun, tonight was an absolute nightmare. I came in throwing up blood, bad stomachache, blood in my urine. I saw online that the hospital had bad reviews, especially in the ER. That all changed when I walked through those doors. That’s where I met my amazing guardian angel. Kaitlin could see I was in a lot of pain while waiting for the orders to come in, Kaitlin sat and talked to me to keep me distracted and calm. Kaitlin did not have to do that but that is the kind of nurse they are. Kaitlin has amazing communication skills, empathy for all their patients, and an extremely great sense of humor, but she also has a high standard of professionalism. their best quality is that they treat patients like family. PRMC is very lucky to have a nurse like them working for them.
