Kaitlin has a heart of gold. Several days she cared for a patient who was not only having a baby, but also a mental crisis. Kaitlin provided compassionate care to the patient, taking time to get her a shower and brush out her hair. She spent hours on the phone coordinating screenings and integrating orders from several doctors. This patient needed a lot of attention and time, and Kaitlin selflessly gave her that for 3 days in a row.
