I want to thank and recognize Katie Kozak, RN, for saving my mother's life. If it weren't for her, my mother wouldn't be here today. My mother was crashing before my eyes (which I did not know). She calmly handled the situation and notified the doctor who took immediate action. The whole ICU works as a team! The ICU team is compassionate and caring.
