This note is a long time in coming, but almost one year ago my father was admitted to the ICU with a brain stem stroke. Kaitlin was skilled and compassionate in her care for my father, but even more importantly for his family. Her cheerfulness buoyed us up and kept us going when we went off to the hospice room. A year later, I still remember how her presence made a difficult time bearable.
