Kaitlin is always right there, she never left me alone and stood by me when others were not able to. She listens well, is kind, never forgets the little things which makes me feel cared for. She would not leave my side when going to the bathroom and she will find the answer even if she doesn't know it - and she comes back with the answer, doesn't leave me hanging. I felt that Kaitlin went above and beyond to make me feel like I was the only patient she had.
