Kaitlin Richardson, RN

Kaitlin is the best. She had a heavy assignment with two rapid responses and handled them both very well. She’s calm and well-gathered under pressure and strives to be the best nurse for her patients.

She devotes herself and always puts her patients’ needs first. She’s passionate about what she does. As a student nurse, I strive to be as compassionate, caring, and mindful as she is. She writes encouraging messages on her patient boards and goals of care to help them feel better.

Every time I see it, a smile comes to my face. She is kind and empathetic. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients are clean and comfortable. She always comes to work, prepared and ready to care for others, not only for her patients, but also for our team here.

She’s collaborative and willing to lend a hand whenever needed. As a fairly new nurse, she has proven herself to be great, and there is no doubt in my mind that she will achieve anything she wants in her nursing career. She’s an amazing role model, and I love working with her.
