Kaitlin was our first night nurse and what a breath of fresh air she was. Very, very sweet!!! Did everything right from start to finish- like introducing herself (beyond just her name), to leaving the shift with well wishes, to keeping tabs on us on the next day even when she was not our nurse.
My wife had some problems when the IV was started due to her veins, and Kaitlin took extreme care to make sure that it was done right and distracted my wife with lively conversations.
We wanted to have her dedicated as our nurse for our entire stay. She actually made us miss her!!! If there is an option to choose our nurse for our future visits our vote is to have her always.
She was engaged and dedicated to getting us better. She is full of joy, personable, and very caring!
