I want to take the time to acknowledge Kaitlyn for being totally awesome. From the moment she picked me up out of the waiting room her personality was great. When we got to the room, she and another nurse evaluated me. When she did anything she told me before she did it, and did it very professionally. I asked her how long she had been a nurse and her response was 5 months. I believe she is going to be a great nurse and a big asset to the Essentia Team.
Oh...later in the visit she was mean to me by giving me the COVID 19 test. LOL! She was great!
