My family member was a patient on the 6th floor after a biopsy with complications. I have been a nurse for 18 years and Kaitlyn was absolutely exceptional. She pushed to get the correct interventions for him, she was kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to be absolutely sure every base was covered. She made sure he was not only improving his health, but his emotional health was always her priority as well. He took the time to tell her that she "truly saved his life." I always knew she would care for him exactly the way I would, and I am so grateful for that.
