I am not always at the HOPD (Hospital Outpatient Department), but I'm glad I was there today. I witnessed a true leader at work today. There was an incident that occurred today and Kaitlyn handled it with such ease and a level of professionalism that is rare to find nowadays. She took ownership of the situation and then when she realized that the other parties involved were struggling to let it go, she showed them empathy or sympathy or both. Her professionalism and level of maturity are one to learn from. She is a true example to follow. The truest definition of what a leader should be like.
