I brought my sister-in-law to the ER, and she unfortunately had a miscarriage. Neither she nor I had ever gone through this before, so it was hard to find the right words and wrap our heads around what was going on.

Our nurse Katle sat down beside her and gave her careful instructions and told her what she could expect and what to look out for. She also went above and beyond and shared her personal stories and experiences, what to expect, and gave her advice.

I am also an Emergency Room Nurse, and I know how difficult these conversations can be. The care, the comfort, and reassurance she gave my sister-in-law had me in tears.
