While all of my nurses were good and some were excellent, Kaitlyn was Superb! Head and shoulders above all the others! She was personable, professional, and proficient. She was always helpful and willing and able to do all that I asked of her. She was extremely friendly and competent. At the end of each of her work shifts, Kaitlyn would say, "Thank you for allowing me to take care of you." We were the ones honored to have her care for me and my husband.
