Kaitlyn took care of me overnight on the 7th floor. I recently had a stay at Chippenham that involved me going to the ED for pain, and having to stay for surgery, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. I especially want to highlight this night shift nurse who took care of me during my time on the 7th floor. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay.

Her compassion and dedication truly set her apart from anyone else I’ve encountered in a healthcare setting. She was attentive to my needs, always checking in and providing reassurance when I needed it most. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made a significant difference in my experience, and I felt truly valued as a patient. Thank you for being such an amazing individual and for making my stay so much more comfortable. I highly recommend Chippenham for anyone seeking outstanding medical care.
