"Kaitlyn was my labor and delivery nurse when I was giving birth to my daughter," the patient said. "She was very caring and was always there if I needed anything and she tried to keep me as comfortable as possible throughout the whole delivery. Our daughter was born with a birth defect that we were not previously aware of. Kaitlyn was compassionate, empathetic and she helped us through everything. She constantly provided a smile and assurance that no matter what, our daughter was beautiful."
