I came in for scheduled surgery. Kaitlyn greeted me and my husband with a warm smile and handshake, as she introduced herself. Kaitlyn took us to the pre-surgery room and asked questions about what I was having done, and who was going to operate on me and all the other questions that are required. Every step of the way in my preparation for surgery she explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. Kaitlyn was so very upbeat and cheerful she made me feel so comfortable. She also took time to show my husband where he could get food, and wait for me. Because of Kaitlyn, I would recommend this hospital to anyone with the thought that all of your nurses are this friendly and cheerful. In my opinion, Kaitlyn is an asset and I hope she is recognized for her excellent service.
