While in ICU Kaitlyn was very helpful and kind in our time of need, she was there to always explain everything we did not understand and kept my family informed as well. We would like to thank her for all she has done for me and my family and will always be in our hearts and prayers. She made everything seem great during the most difficult times. She is an Extraordinary Nurse!
