Kaitlyn demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and compassion, going above and beyond the call of duty. Her ability to translate complex medical information into accessible and empathetic communication is a testament to her commitment to patient-centered care.
On days she was not assigned to my husband’s case directly, she took the initiative to check on him regularly and offered her support to both him and our family.
Her knowledge, courteous demeanor, and unwavering dedication did not go unnoticed and provided us with great comfort during a very challenging time.
