Kaitlyn gently walked us through life in the NICU for our girls' first night. She made us mementos on Valentine's Day using their prints. On nights, we had to leave early and miss the nightly weigh-in, so she would leave sweet notes on the NICU cam that informed us of their weight gain. She was in the OR and always treated our twins with love. Kaitlyn Kinder made the NICU a comforting place.
