Kaity is confident in her clinical skills, compassionate towards her patients, and caring to everyone around her. Her ability to walk into a new patient's room and make an immediate connection is astounding. She went above and beyond for her patients and their families. I remember one incident where I peeked into her patient's room to check on her and she was rocking the infant patient she had met only moments before. Kaity told me she sent the mom away for a coffee break and reassured her she would stay with the child while she was away. Kaity was a joy to have in my clinical group - and she brings joy to all around her.
