Kaitlyn was one of the best nurses I've had at Tennova - ever! Her personality and patient rapport truly made it easier for me to continue my recovery. She truly took my individual needs to mind and helped me up to walk, even if it was only momentarily. Kaitlyn "celebrated" my recovery successes and commiserated my low points with me.
I have been in and out of hospitals for a lifetime, and never had I been so happy post-surgical than with Kaitlyn as my graveyard nurse. She is truly exceptional with her bedside manner and patience. Working graveyard is never fun, but Kaitlyn does an amazing job taking into account her individual patients' needs, wants and acting accordingly.
I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me and putting up with my wants and needs, as well as having a wonderful sense of humor.
