My dad needed to be placed on a vent due to COVID. Kaitlyn gave me the clinical information I needed as well as emotional support. She was calm, compassionate, and meticulous in her care. She demonstrated to me a fellow nurse, the values that make nursing such a beautiful and profound profession. I could not have asked for an awful situation to go better. It was peaceful and loving and both my dad and I felt confident in our choice. I firmly believe her quick action and great care are why he is off the vent and doing so well now.
