There are people who do their job and then there are people who go beyond what is required and expected. My nurse, Kaitlyn, is so compassionate and kind. She always made sure that the cap was off my water when it was time to take my meds. She cut my food at mealtime and helped me use the bathroom without embarrassing me. All around: N-nice person, U-understanding my pain, R-responsive to all my needs, S-saying the right thing at the right time, E- endless service to me and others. She is an outstanding NURSE making my stay so much more tolerable!
