Kaitlyn Pickert showed exceptional care and compassion regarding my 5-month-old son’s gene anomaly. In the middle of my concern and worry for the future, she was very reassuring. Kaitlyn was very professional and explained everything concerning my son’s testosterone injections thoroughly. 

She went above and beyond with communication regarding the appeal sent to our insurance company to try to get the medication covered after it was denied. I was extremely appreciative of Kaitlyn and her ability to educate me on my son’s injections. She truly has a passion for helping others and was one of the most amazing nurses I have met.
