Kaitlyn Sze, BSN, RN

My mom spent over a week on the Telemetry floor. She usually gets anxious at night and doesn't sleep well, especially after we lost my brother, a month ago. Kaitlyn was the night nurse for my mom and called me up in the middle of the night to see if I could offer words of encouragement to my mom because she was calling my name out and wanted me to come. Kaitlyn was the only nurse to ever do this and I loved it. It was actually the last time that I heard my mom say "good night, I love you" because she later passed away in ICU from heart failure.
