Kalayna was very kind and respectful to me. She was always there for me.
Kalayna was nominated by several patients and family members she cared for. Always speaking of her care, compassion, commitment, and smile:
First time hospitalized. I had her the first day admitted to the hospital; she was very nice and took very good care of me. Explained everything she does, which is nice from a patient's point of view. I also had her on Friday (4 days later), and she was very proactive in helping me get needed care done for me before the weekend. She took time to do things and explain even though she was busy. Thanks for everything. We consider you were meant to work those days.

Professional in every way possible. They went above and beyond their duties when situations presented themselves. Was calm, safe, and courteous. Had no problems addressing questions or what’s going on; it was an excellent team.
