Kaleb was nominated by a family member of a patient that he was taking care of in Critical Care. The patient's condition was poor and required numerous medical and nursing interventions. Despite the level of care the patient needed or how busy he was, this never affected how Kaleb interacted with the patient and family. The family was astounded by the level of knowledge Kaleb has and his bedside manners. He clearly explained everything that was happening and kept the family informed of the next steps as care progressed. The family is forever greatful for having Kaleb as their family member's nurse.
