Kaleigh has an excellent demeanor! She is very warm and friendly. Additionally, she is an extraordinarily competent nurse. She advocated for me with multiple physicians and resources to ensure I received optimal care. She always had a smile and seemed to genuinely enjoy taking care of every request, no matter how small or tedious. She enjoyed playing little jokes with us, and made my cousin and me feel at home.
