Kaley was very professional and thorough in the check-in and assessment of my husband, the patient. She shared a lot of information and educated me about bringing down a fever and not to put on extra blankets when someone is chilling. When I called the hospital around 11 pm to see how my husband was doing, she was very cheerful and reassuring and answered my questions completely. Kaley has lots of energy and her nursing skills are very evident. She is a great example of compassion.
