Kali was assigned to care for my daughter in the ED. Kali rounded on my daughter every 20 minutes. She efficiently carried out all the provider orders. Kali also went out of her way to offer therapeutic interventions other than medications to make her more comfortable. When it was time for discharge Kali reviewed all the discharge instructions with my daughter and added a hand-written, personal note on the discharge instructions. Extraordinary Nurses demonstrate exceptional care and compassion. Kali is an Extraordinary Nurse.
