Kali McCaw, RN

Kali McCaw is a phenomenal nurse, and I am so grateful for her! Kali has been there for me from the moment I scheduled an appointment at the WHFC BLM clinic. When I showed up at the clinic, she was warm and friendly. She was my roomer, my lab technician, and my surgery scheduler throughout my journey.

I have had many questions throughout, and she takes the time to answer all of my questions and never makes me feel like I can't reach out to her. She sent me all of the patient education that I needed to discuss the prep for surgery, what to expect the day of surgery, and post-op care. She listens, hears my concerns, and gets back to me with answers promptly. Kali embodies the mission at OSF, and I am so grateful for her kindness, compassion, and empathy.
