What a pleasure, a pure joy, having that Kalia as your nurse. Most important to me is 1) this nurse has a sense of humor, 2) this nurse listens (active skills used). This is a big issue for/to me. We were born with two ears and one mouth. I suspect we should use them in similar proportions. This nurse quickly had my likes, dislikes, and joys. This nurse was just there for me, and I cannot begin to tell you how good that can make you feel. Kalia is a solid 10 on a 5 point rating scale. This nurse should be nominated. Kalia is so good, so personable, gifted, caring, compassionate, funny, and with a great sense of humor…. you absolutely must nominate her for this honored position.
