Kalia has gone out of her way to make sure we are comfortable at all times, but also gives us our privacy as needed. Her compassion, assistance and explanations have been extraordinary. She has gone above and beyond any expectation to be sure my husband is comfortable and his wishes are met, i.e. wine with dinner per doctor's approval, and critical care patient wheelchair outside to take in fresh air and enjoy the sunshine. All nursing staff assigned to us has been exceptional, but Kalia has shown us exceptional heartfelt love and compassion during this very difficult time!
