Kalie, who was my daughter's nurse in ICU, went above and beyond the outstanding care your hospital is providing to patients. Kalie immediately did anything that needed to be done to give my daughter the best care. She also took the time reassure the family and answer our questions.All the other nurses and nursing support personnel were friendly, competent, and caring when providing care to my daughter and answering family questions and concerns. The extra special manner and care that Kalie provided, however, was above and beyond the hospital standards. I want to let you know how I feel and that I am so grateful and appreciative for Kalie. She is indeed a very special person on your health care team.
