Kalie was awesome from the minute she stepped in my mom's room. I'm an EMT, and watching Kalie maneuver through the situation confidently gave me peace, knowing that my mom was in great hands and receiving great care! Kalie cared for my mom like a granddaughter would care for her grandmother! Even though Kalie is young, she has the knowledge, skills, demeanor, and personality of the type of nurse every patient hopes they have to care for them! Kalie deserves to be recognized for her efforts in creating a calming environment during a storm!
