When I came into my daughter’s room over Mother’s Day weekend, I was so upset to be spending her first Mother’s Day in the hospital but Kaliste not only made the weekend not so depressing, but she did everything in her power to set us up to go home ASAP. She advocated for doctors to get our home supplies ordered quickly, and she did all of my parent education with me over those 2 days, including helping me drop 2 NG tubes and feel comfortable and prepared to do that at home on my newborn. Even after we were no longer assigned to her, she checked in on me and my daughter every time she saw us and it made me feel how much she cares!

Kaliste went above and beyond for us. She was with us while our child had multiple procedures and she kept her room clean. Super clean. She made sure things were safe for our child, us, and whoever stepped in. She asked that I mask up with dressing/PICC flushes. She was great and I would recommend her any day. She showed us who was her #1 priority – the patient. Thank you, Kaliste!
