Kalli Arnold, RN

My elderly mother was disoriented, dehydrated, and very weak from suffering the lingering after-effects of COVID-19. Kalli treated my mother with respect and care. She talked to her, not at her, as some might do due to her age and confusion at the time. Kalli was very reassuring and comforting. However...and this sets her apart...she wasn't condescending, and she wasn't a "Pollyanna." She gave Mom and me confidence in Mom's care honestly and gave my mom the complete respect to honor her age. She didn't treat her like a child. And Kalli's care was superlative. She went above and beyond to care for and address problems as things came up. She stayed past her shift so as not to rush Mom. She was so patient and professional, and you are fortunate to have Kalli on staff!
