I was visiting a family member. Nurses are always busy, but Kallie said 'hello' the moment we walked in. Several visits today to see our friend- we stepped away and went to the waiting area as our friend needed bandages to be changed. We went over twice to ask how much longer before we could go back. We were told maybe 10-15 minutes. Kallie took the time to come to the waiting area and get us in!!! That was a genuinely kind and unselfish act on behalf of any RN I've encountered at several hospitals in the past.
