Kalynn West, RN

Kalynn was extremely gentle, kind, and compassionate. She was very patient and took her time even though it was past the end of her shift. She included my mother in all conversations and made sure I understood the plan of care for the injury. She made us feel more at ease, and at no time did she seem to be rushed or annoyed. She was absolutely phenomenal.
