Kami Mogensen 2, RNC, BSN
Kami saved us and our birth experience from being negative/traumatic! As charge nurse, she came in and introduced herself, asked how our care was so far, and let us know to reach out to her if needed.
By taking this initiative, Kami planted the seed for open communication, which later helped me feel empowered to share concerns with her. Had she not done this, I'm not sure if I would have expressed my concerns which would have negatively impacted my experience and outcome.
I truly feel that Kami helped turn our experience around and saved it, and us. She ensured we felt heard, received amazing care, and took care of me during a difficult stage of labor despite being so busy.
We are so thankful for Kami’s compassionate, listening ear and excellent leadership.
