In March 2025, our daughter underwent an endoscopy procedure. She has special needs and was very nervous about the procedure. Her nurse was very kind, considerate, upbeat, and positive from start to finish with her to make the experience a good one for her. She had asked her what time the gift shop opened because she wanted a stuffed animal. Kammerer told her she wasn’t sure what time they opened and said she would see what she could do about her request.

She returned with a gift bag that had a frog and a variety of activities to do in it. This act of kindness put a big smile on my daughter's face, and her frog went with her to do the scope. Dr. Bitter said she did a great job! She appreciated a nurse holding her hand and that everyone answered her many questions. So, a big thank you from our family to Kammerer, Dr. Bitter, and all the staff who made this a good positive experience for all of us! We are very thankful!
