Kamryn Hamilton, RN

My dad was admitted to the floor. He was really sick and should have been transferred to another hospital, but due to his age and his choice in code status, he stayed here. He was in heart failure, extremely weak, and confused. Kamryn continuously checked on him. She always communicated with the doctor and me about his care. She treated him with just as much importance as she did all her patients. She never got frustrated with his confusion or his stubborn independence. I felt there was a weight lifted off my shoulders when she was his nurse. She’s a wonderful person and an exceptional nurse.
