I was currently a patient in the outpatient setting for a procedure. From the moment she introduced herself to me, she was very pleasant and genuinely caring. I was very nervous about undergoing this procedure for a second time as the last one was not a very pleasant experience, and I had a massive migraine that day and was not feeling well at all. She must have noticed that when I was lying there waiting for the procedure to begin, she grabbed my hand and held it, comforted me, letting me know everything that was happening. I lost my mother a few years ago and she was always my comforter, I felt like as if she was there with me at that moment. Her sweetness, caring, and compassion towards me were noticed, and I wanted her to be acknowledged as the GREAT nurse I believe her to be.
