Nice, unusually kind, gracious and caring. Respectful, serious when necessary, informative, and answered questions efficiently. Ms. Wood was all I could ask for. It was hard to single her out because I received the best care from all the staff I interacted with. I was deeply grateful especially for Ms. Woods. I thank you for your service as well.
