During my son's stay in the NICU Kandi went above and beyond to ensure my son was well taken care of, comfortable, and happy. She also provided me with the peace of mind that when I left each evening he would receive the same level of care I would have provided. Kandi helped me several times as I learned how to breastfeed by offering little tips and tricks based on her 15 years of nursing experience along with her experience as a mother. She was also my sounding board listening as I worked to understand the needs of my new son. She made my whole family feel more comfortable and at ease until we were able to bring our boy home. Aurora is very lucky to have someone as skilled, caring, compassionate as Kandi on staff. Kandi is an extraordinary nurse.
