Kanika was assigned as my nurse since I was admitted. Under her care, I felt Kanika always went above and beyond in terms of making sure my vitals were okay, my concerns were addressed and I felt I was being treated in as a part of the 'Northwell family". When my family learned of my diagnosis, Kanika was there for my wife, my son, and me to comfort us, one day at a time.
Kanika was there to provide a level of comfort, and to instill in us a source of faith and courage to move forward. I will always remember the compassion that Kanika provided to me and my family.
Thank you, Kanika you'll always be our guiding light in this difficult time. Kanika, you gave us hope and confidence to deal with adversity in life.
