I cannot specifically remember a time or situation but it is every day that Kanitra works. She puts forth all of her efforts to make sure the needs of our patients are met. I work the night shift and it's comforting for me to know that if there is an issue that needs addressing the next day I know Kanitra will make sure it is taken care of. I completely trust her; she is thorough in her handoff reports. Kanitra is definitely a team player, I know there has been a time or two in which she may be busy but she takes the time to assist the patients with their needs and helps the CNAs. Our patients love her, she is so kind and compassionate and she listens to their concerns along with the concerns of the family. She does whatever she can to ease their minds and make the patient and their family more comfortable. One thing that stands out that I have noticed, Kanitra does not get involved with gossip that sometimes occurs, she is very professional. She does tasks that shouldn't have fallen on her to do, but she does it anyway without complaint. We love having her on our team.
