This particular nurse is exceptional in all she does. She holds many different positions here at Metro - charge nurse of a busy ICU, steps in as nurse officer from time to time, code blue/rapid response team member. Whatever role she has she always puts forth 110%. Not only is her nursing knowledge and skills above par, but her compassion for the patient, her patient's family members, and her team are also a true reflection of her devotion to nursing. She has come through so many times for me - by leading a rapid response or code, starting an IV on a patient with limited access. She is dedicated to running the hospital as efficiently as possible. I truly am in awe of Saude and her confidence that she demonstrates each & every day. I truly feel she is the best of the best that Metro has and is a great leader not only for her unit but the whole hospital.
